Disiswork Perú

Disiswork Perú is a self-owned organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Lima, Peru.

Our mission is to improve the process of hiring people with disabilities by private sector companies in Peru through the use of technology in our web platform.

We provide a digital platform that connects people and companies through a functional virtual profile and we focus on enhancing the professional profile of people with disabilities, emphasizing competencies, soft skills, and functional level. We work with strategic partners to promote workplace inclusion through workshops, trainings, and talks.

Our approach is holistic and includes three stages: pre-employment, recruitment, and post-employment, which cover advisory support for developing a functional profile in a virtual CV, recruitment and insertion of personnel with disabilities, and sensitization talks plus performance evaluations. We also offer specialized workshops to companies and HR personnel.

Our specialties include Human Resources, Job Board, Labor Inclusion, People with Disabilities, and Disability.
