DoubleU, we are a self-employed HR agency operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Chernihiv, Ukraine.

We recruit new team members by describing vacancies to elicit the most relevant feedback, by creating candidate mappings, and by finding candidates from a diverse pool of CVs, social media, and core topics. We work with your existing team by consulting business owners and managers on how to work with staff, organizing strategic sessions, advising on organizational structure and culture, auditing HR functions, and aligning the position with the person, including the profile of the position and required competencies. We engage with potential team members by developing the HR brand development plan, analyzing and offering the channels of communication with candidates and the methods of interaction, and creating unique content. We assist with opening offices and launching teams by developing the plan to open a new office, estimating the cost of a new team, recruiting, and supporting the work of the team during the first two months after launch through analysis, reporting and improvement.
