Downing Teal

During 1966, Downing Teal inaugurated its first office in Perth, Australia, following the mining developments happening in West Australia during that time. It later opened up offices in four other cities within Australia, focusing mainly on searching talent required by clients in the engineering and construction, mining, energy, oil & gas, and manufacturing sectors, and thus becoming a prominent and specialized talent search firm for those sectors. During 2001, Downing Teal opened its first international office in Santiago, Chile. Subsequently, Downing Teal Chile strengthened and broadened its scope and position within the region, successively opening offices in Peru and Brazil. In 2019, Downing Teal Chile acquired all stakes from the Australian partners, furthering regional consolidation in Latin America, whilst fostering an alliance network of talent search firms in Australia, USA, Canada and South Africa. Since start, Downing Teal has had a clear drive for client satisfaction and well-engrained work ethics; objectives that we have consistently strengthen and cared for throughout these years, leading to enhanced relationships with clients and candidates alike.
