We adapt to client needs, develop the company's interests, provide effective matches, apply the Draft methodology, and incorporate permanent talent into the organization. Mx focuses on high-volume talent search for operational positions, assigned to each client according to needs and expertise. We work closely to supply personnel through high-volume selection processes in sectors such as call center, promotions, construction, warehouse, sales, automotive, retail, security, restaurant, staff, cleaning, chemical, health, production and manufacturing. Our infrastructure enables diverse local strategies for rapid coverage of positions, always ready for seasonal demand.
