Dreamwork is a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry, and we were founded in 2006 with our headquarters in Helsingborg, Sweden.

For us, it is personal. When a recruitment fails, it is usually because we have focused too much on competencies and experiences in the CV and too little on how well personality fits the company culture or the workgroup. We therefore work harder to find the right personality. We know that in everything from client relationships to screening processes, it is people who create business success and drive the development of companies. We work with People Management. Today we have access to over four million potential candidates. We differentiate ourselves by looking beyond competence and experience and by redefining the industry. We see the recruitment and staffing industry as synonymous with the “old CV culture” and we prefer to work with “People Management.”

We operate in Sweden, with our headquarters in Helsingborg and offices in Malmö, Stockholm, and Gothenburg.
