We are dTeam Srl, a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2009 and are headquartered in Milan, Italy.

We provide products and consultancy tools for collaborative communities, competency centers, organizational check-ups, and the planning and delivery of corporate training programs, as well as tools for the design and evaluation of training processes. Over the years we have specialized in the area of Commercial Management, through training and consulting actions aimed at strengthening the results of the sales network and the professional growth of Commercial Directors, Sales Directors, and Area Managers. This consulting process is based on a specific analysis methodology and occurs in close collaboration with corporate project teams.

We deliver our services through a mix of modalities: classroom training, blended learning (classroom plus web), experiential paths, and Survey & Web-Assessments. We base our work on a structured analysis methodology and collaborate closely with client project teams to implement and monitor training initiatives.
