We are DTJ Consultancy, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2009 and are headquartered in Shanghai, China.

We are committed to providing professional and efficient recruitment consulting services to organizations while supporting people’s career development potential. We have built a deeper talent pool and have a strong understanding of the markets in which we operate.

We maintain a reserve of more than 500,000 candidates and update over 1,000 candidate profiles daily. We conduct face-to-face interviews with more than 50,000 candidates and keep interview notes to inform our assessments. The average recruitment cycle is within 48 hours to present the first batch of candidates, and about 60% of the candidates are selected for client interviews with an offer to interview ratio of 1:3.

Our specialties include recruitment, staffing solutions, resourcing, executive search, talent management, and management consulting. We provide services to a range of organizations, including multinational companies, state-owned enterprises, private-owned enterprises and non-profit organizations.

We operate in China, Hong Kong, the United States, and the United Kingdom, and we have expanded our services to Southeast Asia, North America, and other overseas regions in recent years.
