Eastonworld is a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1993 and are headquartered in Highland Village, United States.

We began life as a Management Recruiters International (MRI) Franchise, and in 1999 we adopted this identity. We continue to provide the same service and use our unique business approach to partner with great companies and great candidates to bring them together. In 2014 a new service line of M&A advisory services was rolled out, allowing us to help BPO companies worldwide buy and sell with each other. 2025 brings new challenges and direction and we are ready to assist in those needs. We have a full-service turn-key solution in place — tried and tested — where companies have turned to us to help them make this transition.

We deliver a full-service approach to staffing, placement, and advisory work, combining tried-and-tested processes with a turnkey solution to support clients through transitions. We have been providing staffing and placement services for many years, and in 2014 a new service line of M&A advisory services was rolled out to assist BPO companies worldwide with buying, selling, or joint ventures in addition to our turnkey solution in the contact center space.

Our geographic presence spans multiple regions through a global partner network, with locations in the Middle East (Cairo), Eastern Europe (Romania), Africa (Dakar), India (Mangalore), the Philippines (Manila and Cebu City), China (Dalian), Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City), Australia (Sydney), Mexico (Mexicali), Guatemala (Guatemala City), El Salvador (San Salvador), Jamaica (Montego Bay and Kingston), the Dominican Republic (Santiago and Santo Domingo), with Punta Cana coming soon. We have operations in the United States and the Dominican Republic as part of our footprint.
