We are ECA Italia, a partnership operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 1994 and are headquartered in Rome, Italy.

Our mission is to provide personalized, continuous and qualified support, interpreting and anticipating the needs of companies facing internationalization. We seek to create a strategic partnership that supports the optimization of international human resources management.

We work by engaging with human resources departments, becoming a functional reference for analyzing and solving operational problems. This approach enables expatriate processes to be organized with proper managerial techniques while complying with national and international regulations. We also have a subsidiary, Expatriates Key Solutions (EKS), to supply outsourcing solutions for the management and administration of expatriate personnel and international personnel.
