EI ADVISOR is a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 2024 and are headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark.

We are an experienced search company identifying and placing leaders and specialists with a high level of emotional intelligence. We consider not only the match to a company’s values and culture, but also alignment with professional skills and experience, as well as the ability to cooperate and manage conflicts, based on a high level of emotional intelligence.

We conduct our work through a professional search and screening process, using recognized personality analysis tools, in-depth interviews, reflections on job motivation, situation- or position-specific cases, and in-depth reference reports. We have more than 15 years of experience in handling this process to enable an in-depth view of a candidate’s behavior, performance and motivation. Conducting emotional intelligence analysis for management roles provides insight into who will benefit the organization with the nuances and soft skills that EI brings to the team.
