We are Elia Consulting SRL, a privately held company in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2000 and are headquartered in Bucharest, Romania.

We are HR consultants, organisational psychologists and researchers with expertise in designing and implementing HR solutions. We are certified for psychometric testing and organisational psychology by the British Psychological Society (BPS), the European Federation of Psychologists' Associations (EFPA) and the Romanian Association of Psychologists (COPSI).

We have worked in HR consultancy for many years and we have conducted HR projects for government and non-government companies from a diverse range of industries across the Middle East and Europe.
