Empath is a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.

We are a business partner for resourcing, manpower planning and staff modelling. We represent the best interests of clients and candidates by applying ethics, trust, integrity, transparency and professionalism.

We were established by healthcare industry experts with a background in delivering care who identified a shortcoming in recruitment and resourcing services available in Ireland's healthcare sector. We have knowledge and understanding of the health sector and know what an employer needs in a qualified healthcare professional. We work with private nursing homes, large private medical facilities and the public sector across Ireland and the United Kingdom.

Having worked as a provider in the nursing home sector, we understand the daily challenges operators face. We place candidates we would employ ourselves and ensure they are experienced and qualified healthcare professionals who meet client needs. All candidates are personally interviewed by a member of our management team.
