Employmum is a self-owned organization operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Cork, Ireland.

We are a flexible recruitment agency that caters for all types of flexible work. Flexible work can mean hybrid, remote work, job share, full time with flexi hours, compressed hours, annualised hours, term time, or ROWE. We also offer training for companies and individuals to work remotely effectively.

We are supported by a panel of hand picked coaches who assist our candidates where we feel they need some expert guidance to find flexible work or to pivot in their careers. We also run live webinars regularly to support our candidates and clients. We are involved with supporting returnships with partner companies.
