We are EMPOWERMENT, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2008 and are headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.

We are a niche recruitment firm focused on the career development of finance professionals, and we work predominantly in the Irish market while also facilitating opportunities abroad, particularly for Irish public limited companies with overseas operations.
