We are Epopeya Latam, a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2000 and are headquartered in Bogotá, Colombia.

We work toward the positive transformation of people, teams, and organizations. We have more than 25 years of project management experience with companies in Colombia and Latin America, drawing on our experience from expeditions to the highest mountains in the world to identify the strengths and development opportunities of individuals and work teams, and to provide tools to help them reach their goals in a healthy and stimulating work environment.

We implement processes and activities that combine experiential learning with the transmission of conceptual models related to the management of teams, leadership, and personal development. We reaffirm the idea that to undertake change it is necessary to put knowledge into practice and enrich knowledge with experience.
