Equilibrium Life Coaching

Equilibrium Life Coaching is a self-owned organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Bogotá, Colombia.

We help people reach a fuller life, more mindful, healthier, more focused, and aligned with their life purpose. We start from the premise that balanced people are clearer-headed, more creative, more productive, and, without a doubt, happier. We take a holistic approach that includes intervention across four aspects: physical, emotional, mental, and work. We offer workshops, conferences, wellbeing sessions labeled “Equilibrium,” Life Coaching, and programs for psychosocial risk and the management and control of chronic stress. We develop programs to improve the organization’s adaptive capacity and help people manage change. We provide couples workshops, grief management, retirement preparation, connection with the inner self, personal balance, among others. We help leaders to empower their personal leadership for greater effectiveness and performance of their teams.

We deliver our services through a range of offerings, including workshops, conferences, wellbeing sessions titled “Equilibrium,” Life Coaching, and programs addressing psychosocial risk and chronic stress management and control. We develop programs to enhance the organization’s adaptive capacity and to help individuals manage change.
