EWL Lithuania

We are EWL Lithuania, a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2007 and are headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania.

We operate as a migration platform whose activities extend beyond traditional recruitment agencies, linking offline and online worlds. We manage the entire migration process—from recruitment and legalization to accommodation and staff leasing or outsourcing as a service. Since 2021, the development of the migration platform has been supported by the National Centre for Research and Development. Since 2018, we conduct sociological studies on foreigners employed in Poland.

With long-standing experience, we understand local and European labor markets. We deliver our services through our migration platform and work across manufacturing facilities, logistics centers and warehouses in Europe.

We specialise in recruitment, staffing, employment, migration, outsourcing, consulting, and cross-border mobility.

Geographically, we operate in Lithuania and Poland.
