We are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1988 and are headquartered in Paris, France.

We focus on understanding business cultures in the Nordic countries and in French-speaking and German-speaking contexts. This understanding has proven to be a key factor when searching for French-speaking or German-speaking candidates who need to function well in a group with Nordic values, as well as for Nordic candidates who need to function well in a group with French or German values.

Despite our company name, we nowadays recruit almost only local candidates, as the demand for expatriates is limited. We operate across all business sectors, both industrial businesses and service businesses.
