Feet's is a privately held organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Cyberjaya, Malaysia.

Our mission is to redesign the employee experience and provide a mobile-first engagement that enhances positivity, collaboration and recognition. Through our mobile app, employers can continuously bring out the best in people at work and devote more time to implementing growth strategies derived from daily insights. Features are thoughtfully created to encourage employees to connect with another foodie or a project buddy, discover compatibility or seek inspiration, and ultimately, be part of a company-wide peer-to-peer recognition. We believe in breaking down barriers when it comes to employee engagement and we support those who work remotely or under flexible arrangements so that everyone has equal opportunities to contribute to the company’s growth and feel a sense of belonging.
