FIELD

FIELD is a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

We started in 2017 with a small group and one big goal: to permanently change the way work is done in the physical domain. We have grown into a close community of Fielders who work together to build a team that is skilled, happy at work, and innovative in the physical domain. For FIELD, everything revolves around your work happiness. We simply believe that if you feel good at work, the best results follow.

Our tailor-made approach ensures that you only take assignments that truly fit you and where you feel good. We do not place you on a project unless it is right for you. If you wish to share your knowledge as a coach or lecturer, that is possible, but only if it aligns with your wishes—nothing is mandatory with us. This personal approach gives you control over your own work happiness formula, with room to grow in your own way.

Our specialties include Environmental Planning Act (Omgevingswet), Environmental Law (Omgevingsrecht), Permitting (Vergunningverlening), Spatial Development (Ruimtelijke Ontwikkeling), Legal (Juridisch), and the physical domain (fysiek domein).

We have locations in Rotterdam, Arnhem, Assen, and soon in Amstelveen, all in the Netherlands. We operate nationally within the Netherlands and aim to maintain a presence in the regions where we work.
