Forconsulting-Formação e Consultoria Lda. We are a private, for-profit company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2001 and are headquartered in Barcelos, Portugal.

We are dedicated to guiding business consultancy and advisory to the needs of our client companies, in order to increase their levels of modernization, development and competitiveness. Recognising that current training and qualification levels of human resources are often below market needs and not aligned with the job market, we believe professional training plays an unquestionable role as an organized system enabling the acquisition of knowledge and skills, valuable tools for adapting to the socio-economic context and ensuring the updating of professionals who rely on it to guarantee the quality of the services provided.

We operate from new facilities dedicated to professional training, housed in a single building designed to meet the requirements of a professional training center. The building covers 711 m2 and includes six general training rooms, one computer room with capacity for 18 people, one laboratory for practical training (ITED and solar panels), a reception and administrative area, technical and administrative offices, a meeting room, and a social area for trainees and trainers. We are a DGERT-accredited training provider.
