Formación y Control

Formación y Control is a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 1988 and are headquartered in Seville, Spain.

We have 35 years of experience supporting our clients, delivering value and proposing solutions tailored to the evolving needs of an environment that changes more and more quickly each day.

We specialize in facilitating people management by digitizing HR processes, from setting and tracking objectives to attendance and vacation control. We offer our own ATS and LMS applications that can be tailored to the needs of each company, including integration with other tools. As a consulting agent and a digitalization agent, we also manage subsidies that fund investments in digital solutions like the ones we propose.

Alongside the development of digital tools, we continue to provide solutions in Training and Development and in the Selection of Professionals. In Training and Development we are not only course providers; we help generate effective behaviors by engaging with each client to achieve measurable results. In Selection we go beyond hiring professionals, strengthening their performance once they are hired.

Our operations are focused in Spain.
