ForTeam | Talent Assessment is a privately held consultancy operating in the human resources industry, and we were founded by a group of business psychologists who help organizations assess, select and develop the right people for the right roles.

We specialize in the design and delivery of personnel assessment projects and we are the exclusive partner for Bulgaria of SHL. We have Assessment and Development Centers (AC/DC) as a core business and we deliver certification programs in Bulgaria for AC/DC Assessors’ Training and AC/DC Design. We use SHL's validated Simulation library in our AC/DCs, containing simulations researched, developed and tested in a variety of business contexts and at all levels, from administrative to executive.

We design and implement our services through structured assessment projects and development programs, combining validated tools with behavioral assessment methods.
