Fortuna HR AS

Fortuna HR AS is a privately held organization operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Moss, Norway.

We operate as a work rehabilitation organization, offering clarification, work trials and skills development through work-oriented measures, including AFT—Work Preparation Training and VTA—Long-term Adapted Work.

We deliver our services through a range of in-house activities. One of our initiatives is Kias Sport & Sykkel, located at Vålerveien 149. It focuses on bicycle repair, a bicycle shop, sales of new and used bicycles, and bicycle rental. Participants are integrated into the shop with bicycle sales, the workshop, and the process of accepting used or damaged bicycles and preparing them for sale. In our carpentry workshop at Vålerveien 65, we design and produce various wood items such as outdoor benches, interior benches, stools and wooden crates, and we also accept special orders according to customer needs. Our products are produced by learners from ALK—Department for Apprenticeship Candidates and VTA—Long-term Adapted Work, and by staff under guidance and facilitation from supervisors. We source our raw materials from local suppliers. In the firewood department we offer birch firewood and mixed firewood, along with delivery to customers in Moss and the surrounding area. In the same building we have a production department that produces products for other large companies, ranging from drawing books for primary schools to packaging products. The tasks in the production department vary, and we believe this contributes to a more engaging workday for our participants.

Our geographic presence is within Norway, with our activities centered in Moss and surrounding areas.
