FreelancerViet is a public company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2010 and are headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

We operate the first freelancing job marketplace in Vietnam that connects employers with freelancers. We provide a platform for employers to post projects or proactively search for freelancers who meet their requirements. Members can easily create a personal profile with a complete portfolio, enabling them to demonstrate their abilities to the community and to clients, and to find suitable work to increase income. The project escrow feature ensures that transactions between project owners and freelancers are safe and secure. FreelancerViet has been known through the Facebook community since 2010, with a beta on the website launching in September 2013 and the official version launching in March 2015, which reached over 35,000 members and a total project value above VND 12 billion across 2,500 jobs. We are owned by Flamingo Human Resources and Communications Service Joint Stock Company. We are one of the online projects with strategic significance for the company, and we plan to invest to develop more strongly to become a trusted place for freelance job searching for the community and to help enterprises save significant personnel costs.

We deliver our services through an online marketplace that connects Job Owners with freelancers, supported by member profiles and portfolios to showcase capabilities.
