FULLÉMO is a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Saint Didier au Mont d'Or, France.

We are the HR hub dedicated to professional fulfillment. We place emotional intelligence at the heart of management, well-being, and performance. We believe the key is not to “do more” or to “hold on,” but to focus on emotional intelligence—the ability to connect with oneself, to understand the invisible dynamics of relationships, and to cultivate a leadership that does not exhaust but radiates. We affirm that sustainable performance arises from emotional clarity and enables leaders and organizations to perform without exhausting their talents. We intervene through consulting, training, and individual or collective support.
