Gaia Talent is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Ennis, Ireland.

We are a specialist consulting practice with over 35 years of recruitment experience covering permanent (contingency and retained/search) and contract roles across the Green Industry Sectors. We are passionate about the Green Industry sector and our goal is to provide a high level of service to our candidates and clients and assist them in making a meaningful impact in their chosen area of expertise.
