We are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Our purpose is to connect the right talent with the right opportunities in the technology market. We recruit IT, Finance, Human Resources and Sales profiles, and we assist multinational, startup, and small and medium-sized companies across multiple industries, with focus on Technology (Fintech, E-Commerce, Information Security, Gaming, and Contact Centers), Tourism, Telecommunications, and Digital Agencies.

Our approach is to adapt quickly to each company structure and to understand how IT staff contribute to the development of corporate projects. We believe that constant and assertive communication is essential to fulfil our clients' goals and to make the perfect match. We use agile methods for our internal recruiting strategy. We are building up an open and inclusive space to tear down the current social stigmas that control the job market.
