Go! Talent is a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Arequipa, Peru.

We focus on advisory and management of processes related to human capital. Our main contribution to institutions is based on innovation and quality standards that enable us to foster solutions aligned with the realities and contexts found in different companies. We promote inclusion and development of people interested in human capital management, and we base our information on knowledge and experience, which allows us to remain committed to all our clients.

We deliver our services through advisory and management of human capital processes, grounding our approach in knowledge and experience to inform our recommendations and solutions.

We specialize in recruitment and selection of human capital, retention of human talent, assessment of workplace climate, evaluation of performance, administration of compensation, revision and updating of procedures, manuals, programs, staff training, elaboration of welfare programs, and psychological support and guidance for workers.
