We are GOLFHUSET - BUSINESS RETREAT ÆRØ, a self-owned professional training and coaching company operating in the professional training and coaching industry. We were founded in 2025 and are headquartered in Søby, Ærø, Denmark.

We provide a decelerated workspace on the Danish island of Ærø for companies that want to invest in culture, focus and belonging. We offer a unique retreat for teams, solo travellers and families who want to combine flexibility and nature. In the middle of the Danish South Sea, not far from the German border, we are revitalising a charming country estate into a modern workation location. Eight stylish flats with sea views, an event space for workshops and meetings, fast internet and beautiful nature form the basis for productive work in tranquil surroundings. We are located 300 m from the golf course, 400 m to the sea, 4.8 km to the supermarket and 25 km to the airfield.

We offer exclusive residence rights via discounted voucher credits for managers, teams or entire offsites. The vouchers can be redeemed from 2026, are transferable and can be utilised for tax purposes.
