Good Leaders Online (GLO) is a public company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2013 and are headquartered in Shanghai, China.

We are the first membership and community-based platform for leadership selection, assessment and development, focusing on identifying and developing responsible leaders. The online community brings together outstanding professionals who are profiled not only on their skills and competencies, but also on their values, vision and passion. We identify, assess and develop mid- to senior-level management by using the GLO Leadership Assurance Program to ensure higher quality and integrity of personal data to inform recruitment and leadership development decisions. Although we have experience in life sciences, clean tech, services industries and finance, our focus is on the values, attitude and bespoke competencies a leader should have to ensure the right quality of decisions to keep your organization ahead.
