GPC is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Hangzhou, China.

We originated from the headhunting department established by a well-known listed group in April 2010. In December 2014, after multiple screenings and assessments, we stood out among more than 4,000 headhunting companies and became a founding member of the China Talent Brokers Alliance initiated by Hejun Group, marking the official launch of our talent broker model. We are committed to becoming a talent supply chain solution expert with a deep focus on FMCG, E-commerce, Life Science, and intelligent manufacturing industries. So far, many well-known domestic and foreign companies have chosen us to recruit elites, with nearly 3 million elite talents entering our high-end talent reserve pool. The success rate of signed recruitment by enterprises exceeds 70%, and the recruitment cycle for positions is significantly lower than that of domestic headhunting peers.
