We are Great Learnings and Beyond (GLB) Management Consultancy, a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Makati, Philippines.

We provide consulting services in the areas of human resources, organization development, and learning and development.

We continuously hone our craft through practical work experiences and immersions, as well as academic degrees, certificates, and certifications, to improve the delivery of our services.

Our work extends to standardization and implementation of systems, policies, and procedures in Strategic Rewards and Recognition, Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, Succession Planning, and Performance Management, among others.

We operate in the Philippines and have an existing partnership with UST Graduate School CCPED in providing quality certificate programs on Human Resources, Organization Development and Training. We also produce HR Leaders Worldwide, which is aired on DWDD 1134 kHz AM and online. In addition, we are involved in CSR projects including "Lapis at Kwaderno Para Sa Kabataan" for less privileged children and "Brave and Beautiful Warrior In You" for those who lost their hair due to alopecia or chemotherapy.
