We are GriJana Inspection, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2012 and are headquartered in Klaipėda, Lithuania.

We act as independent, experienced, and certified welding (CSWIP 3.1 – Welding Inspectors – Level 2, IWI-C, etc.) and painting (FROSIO NS 476 Level III) inspectors and auditors with a proven track record in the oil & gas, wind energy, maritime, construction, and GRP industries. We have built a wide network of professionals.

We employ certified welding and painting inspectors, experienced production managers, skilled project managers, production auditors, and supply chain system developers. All personnel are highly focused on HSE and client-oriented. Our flexible and motivated team is dedicated to achieving outstanding results in your projects.
