We are Groupe LIP – Interim et Recrutement, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2005 and are headquartered in Lyon, France.

We operate across France, Belgium, Switzerland, and Luxembourg as an independent actor in temporary work and recruitment. We have three areas of expertise: LIP Industrie & Bâtiment, LIP Mantrans, and LIP Solutions RH. LIP Industrie & Bâtiment covers metallurgy, nuclear, public works, structural works, finishing works, and green spaces; LIP Mantrans covers transport, logistics, supply chain, car and bus operations, and exploitation; and LIP Solutions RH covers office work, accounting, payroll and management, telemarketing and sales, design offices and engineering, information technology and technologies, medical and health, hospitality and catering.
