We are GRUPO ACTUAL, a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2000 and are headquartered in Madrid, Spain.

We are a Spanish HR company specialized in talent identification and development, with more than 14 years of experience in the market. We have a presence in Spain, Ecuador, Mexico and the Dominican Republic.

We deliver our services through three core areas: DISCOVER, DRIVE, and DESIGN. In DISCOVER, we focus on talent identification. Talent Maps are designed to visualize the talent of the organization by connecting strategy, the business, and the people. Our Platform of Evaluation provides tailored online solutions for evaluating competencies, aptitudes, languages, performance, and studies of climate and organizational culture. We also offer Online Evaluation Tools to support selection and development.

In DRIVE we focus on the development of people. Hypermedia Learning provides high‑impact audiovisual learning accessible across multiple devices and formats and available ubiquitously. We operate a Leaders School to develop key leadership skills. We design Workshops for Development of Competencies and Skills aimed at improving the competencies of professionals. We propose OnTheJob development actions to ensure immediate transfer to the position. We create online Case Studies adapted to the reality of each company to develop competencies. In DESIGN we pursue ideas, people, and innovation. Management 2.0 projects drive knowledge management through collaborative processes and open innovation. Gamification incorporates dynamics and game mechanics to boost motivation. We generate spaces for spreading ideas and knowledge that allow people to bring forward the best ideas for the organization.
