We are the Global Workforce Management Professional Chartered Body, described as the first WFM Forum in the world. We are a nonprofit professional organization comprising WFM and HR professionals committed to promoting the WFM movement on the global platform and enhancing the capability of human capital professionals to compete globally and thereby creating value for society. We are committed to the development of human resources through education, training, research and experience sharing.

We operate as an autonomous, not-for-profit, professionally managed organization, and we play an evangelist role in grooming Leaders for Future. We provide access to timely advice, actionable news and WFM leaders' peer insights to adapt faster and stay ahead of change.
