H-Move is a privately held consultancy operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Montevideo, Uruguay.

We specialize in talent management and co-creating practices that accompany cultural transformation. Agility, Innovation, and Proximity are our values, and we combine agile methodologies, gaming and analytics to guide our Doer approach across three project models: Digital Culture Transformation (Digital Mindset, Employee Journey Map, Culture and Digital Talent Mapping, Culture Canvas, People Analytics, Value Proposition Study); Learning Experiences (Agile Leaders Program, Innovation Projects, Digital Talent Development, Autonomous Employees Program); and #PowerUpHR (HR Workshops: Talent and Potential Mapping, Innovation in Attraction, Your Competency Handbook Program, HRBP Program).
