We do not believe in quantity over quality, so you may expect to receive a smaller number of candidates, but those will be professionals who meet initial requirements. We do not like wasting time. If there is any obstacle during the recruitment process, we will try to remove it as fast as possible and we expect the same approach from our business partners.

We specialize in IT recruitment (Rekrutacja IT), IT Recruitment, Tech Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and HR consulting in IT. We have delivered IT professionals to clients in Technology, eCommerce, FinTech, FMCG, and Banking industries. Our main focus is finding solutions to recruitment-related issues in small and average-sized businesses.
