HCMS Recruitment

We are HCMS Recruitment, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Bratislava, Slovakia.

We focus on core competencies developed through years of experience, including headhunting, executive search, conducting interviews and language testing; staffing of employees, recruitment, and collaboration with universities; intercultural training focused on German culture; institutional knowledge of the German environment and authorities, including housing and taxes; psychological counseling and psychodiagnostics; monitoring, analysis and management of employee satisfaction; leadership and management; and networking with educational institutions.

To deliver our services, we apply these capabilities to client needs, collaborating with universities to attract talent, offering intercultural training, and leveraging our knowledge of the German environment and authorities to support housing and tax considerations. We also provide psychological counseling and psychodiagnostics and monitor, analyze and manage employee satisfaction, while supporting leadership and management and maintaining connections with educational institutions.
