We are Helland IT-Partner/Helland Consulting, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2009 and are headquartered in Oslo, Norway. We are gradually merging with and transitioning to Helland Consulting AS.

We bring consultants and customers together. We attract, match, present, and deliver consultants to our customers. We are independent with access to the entire consultant market. For our customers, this means we can deliver consultants from the entire market. Customers and consultants benefit from supply and demand, and we achieve the right pay/price.
