HIRE HER is on a mission to promote gender diversity and reduce the pay gap. We support women from school through to retirement by connecting professional women and mums with like-minded employers. Our goal is to create a more inclusive and diverse workforce while helping close the gender gap, one successful job placement at a time. There are about 3000 (grows by 20% each month) women registered including mums many of these women are looking for flexible hours, hybrid or remote work. They are interested in working with employers that have good benefits for women and mothers such as wellbeing benefits, extended or paid parental leave. All types of jobs can be posted on the platform, from permanent full-time opportunities through to freelance jobs or projects. Our service offering depends on the size of business. We help with attracting and sourcing talent, employment branding and lead generation. Our employer partners include: Kiwibank, Z Energy, Trade Me, KPMG Digital Lighthouse, One NZ, NZ Steel We are about offering women opportunities and jobs on their terms and partnering with organisations which empower and support women through their policies, culture and value gender & pay equality. According to McKinsey, empowering women's role as economic contributors could increase the global GDP by USD13 trillion in 2030. Simply put: when women work, economies thrive.
