We are hireIT.agency, a privately held staffing and recruiting organization operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Beirut, Lebanon.

We believe there are no bad candidates; they simply did not apply for the right position. Our mission is to find the right IT candidates for the right position and make both the employer and the employee happy with the outcome. What differentiates us from traditional recruitment agencies is that we do both non-technical and deep-dive technical screenings with a focus on the technologies and products the candidate is expected to know about so they can be productive from day one of their new job.
