HIRACA was established to make a long term investment in building the capacity of South Sudanese and reduce and eliminate the perception that South Sudanese are unqualified and uneducated for employment. Our slogan is “Releasing Potential & Realizing Possibilities”. HIRACA realizes that there is vast abundant population of skilled and un-skill labourers without opportunity for employment. Therefore, HIRACA intends to assist both the private, public sector, Government and humanitarian agencies to have access to most qualified labourers within South Sudan’s labour market.
