HR agency AN-MARY is a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 1999 and are headquartered in Sofia, Bulgaria.

We are the first specialized agency for office personnel selection, established to support you in finding, attracting and hiring personnel for your company. We guarantee professional standards through our membership in the Bulgarian Human Resources Management and Development Association and through our professional and responsible attitude. Our philosophy is based on an approach tailored to the customer's specific and non-standard needs, and we guarantee an individual approach at the selection so that the right person is placed in the right position. In the selection process we work with the WIS/SVP scale for assessment of professional values, developed by an international group of psychologists from 11 countries, aimed at determining the values individuals seek to fulfill in different roles. In international terms this scale has been established as a basic criterion for deciding on applicants' selection and, based on our experience as a professional agency for personnel selection, we optimize the effectiveness of European standards by combining them with flexible, innovative decisions that respond to the dynamic changes in the Bulgarian labour market.
