HR Center de IE

We are HR Center de IE, an Educational organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2003 and are headquartered in Madrid, Spain.

We are an initiative within IE Business School aimed at supporting HR leaders and professionals in updating their capabilities in an academic setting. Our fundamental objective is to become a forum for creation and exchange of knowledge in the various areas of this field, with particular emphasis on emerging topics that may influence management capacity in the near future.

Since our founding in 2003, we have hosted the HR Benchmarking Club as our first project. In the same year, we added a project focused on internal communications, the Internal Communications and Corporate Identity Observatory. We also took on the technical management of the Entrepreneurs & Employment in HR Innovation Awards (now Expansión Awards for Innovation in Human Resources) from Expansión. While the HR Benchmarking Club, the Internal Communications Observatory, and the Expansión Awards are the three main activities under the HR Center umbrella, we have grown each year with diverse research projects, such as the Human Capital Index or the Employee Experience Barometer (BEX), whose second edition we have just launched.

We operate in Spain.

We also promote other activities such as book presentations and the organization of forums and meetings.
