HR-Consulting Oy is a public company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2009 and are headquartered in Joensuu, Finland.

We provide external HR department services to companies and organizations in North Karelia to develop their workforce and wellbeing. Our service and solutions enhance the competence of business owners, supervisors, and team members, increasing individuals' knowledge, which in turn improves productivity and staff wellbeing, helping people stay in work longer and reducing sickness absence.

We offer a client-driven, expert service approach to support the development of staff capabilities and wellbeing in organizations. We act as a partner, developing a capable and well‑supported workforce. We support staff wellbeing by improving interpersonal skills and ensure that skilled personnel are placed in roles that match their abilities. We conduct an initial assessment of staff competencies with the client, create a training and implementation plan, and plan for future training and coaching. After training and coaching, we monitor implementation and carry out evaluations.
