HR Innovation Pakistan is a self-owned organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Karachi, Pakistan.

We understand that a video resume is a short video that acts as a supplement to a conventional resume, providing information about qualifications and skills. It lets candidates go beyond the traditional methods of applying for a job. It enhances the effort to promote oneself to prospective employers. A video resume is an enhancement rather than a replacement for a conventional resume; it can showcase creativity, the ability to think outside the box, and personal characteristics that a traditional resume may not convey. It also provides an opportunity for prospective employers to appraise how a candidate communicates, conveys thoughts, and presents themselves.
