We, HR LATAM, are a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2009 and are headquartered in Lima, Peru.

We began our operations in October 2009 and provide innovative and customized Talent Management solutions through our consulting and education lines. We have two main lines of business and two partners for each: Consulting (Thuoper and Grupo Tawa) and Education (Universidad del Pacífico and Thomson Reuters).

We deliver services across the fields of People Management and Organizational Effectiveness, organized into two lines of business with partner collaboration to serve client needs. Our approach integrates a range of talent management and organizational effectiveness activities through these lines of business and partner networks.
