We provide recruitment services with a three-month employee guarantee: if a hire does not pass probation, we replace them and cover all search expenses. We offer an unlimited number of high-quality candidates. We provide candidates in a format that includes a video interview recording plus resume with the recruiter's conclusion, with the client’s calendar freed up to meet potential candidates. The final candidate is checked for reliability (such as criminal records and debts) and we collect references from previous employers. We provide online reporting on the search and, on request, we can form a recruitment funnel; we discuss any bottlenecks openly rather than concealing them. We sign contracts and provide closing documents. Service delivery times range from three working days to one and a half months, depending on the complexity of vacancies and requirements; we aim to meet the timelines in the brief, and 95% of vacancies are closed by the client’s deadline.
